Owner Jacqueline Rojas opened Midnight Noodle Mart for her 2-year-old daughter Valerie β "For her to see me and hopefully get some positive things out of watching her mom build this."
A Community Staple
Inspired by a Korean 7-Eleven, Midnight Noodle Mart brings together ramen, mochi, Pocky, Cantabile drinks, and homemade coffee creations under one very pink roof on Riverdale Avenue.
The Pink Dream
Pink makes people happy and hungry β that's the philosophy. From the LED-lit ramen wall to the staff's pink aprons, every detail is intentional. Family-run with heart.
"The concept is that you can have a midnight snack at any hour of the day. The shop is a welcoming yet experimental space β a place where you can step in, explore new flavors, and never feel intimidated."
Rojas' background in business management, her love of food as a love language, and her family's tradition of community barbecues all flow into every bowl at Midnight Noodle Mart.
